The Guild Bank is there for the purpose of sharing and building the guild, not a storage device because you have filled your personal bank with bullshit or old gear. That being said, there are areas for storage in the guild bank for items that everyone can use be it crafting or gear.

Guild Repairs are free for officers as well as after Guild Runs for anyone in the Guild.

Once a month the "Free" tabs will be cleaned up. Non-essential items will be Vendored (crap items), essential items will be kept on free (consumables, low mats), and valuables will be moved to the "Consumables" tab (any item of gold value).

Here is an overview of the different bank tabs and basic rules for their intended use. (Note that the rules also appear in-game on the tabs "info" section for quick reference.)
"For Free" Tab:These are common purpose tabs. Currently, there are 2 of these tabs and they are for anything and everything that you would like to be shared openly with most everyone in the guild. Use at your own discretion as it is literally a free-for-all!
RULES:
1. If you put it on this tab and someone takes it... don't cry! Remember this is a shared tab.
2. Don't be a douche! If you know someone is just moving an item between toons... DON'T take it.
3. Don't dump your trash in the bank. Vendor it yourself.
4. If you don't have access to these tabs, ask someone who does to get the item for you. ASK don't demand.

"Old Mats" Tab:This is the Guild storage of all older materials for crafting: Currently there is only one tab of this nature. Items put on this tab should be considered something of value to a crafter, otherwise simply put them on the "For Free" tab.

6. At the end of every month, the Banker will AH all non-essential items from this tab. Proceeds go to Bank.
"Reserved" Tab:This is the Guild Vault. Currently there is only one tab of this nature. ONLY officers have access to this tab. Primarily used for the current expansions mats or items that help with the progression of the guild through the current expansion. (Top End - mats / consumables / items / etc).
RULES:
1. Only Officers have access to this tab. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Do NOT place things here that you do not wish to be shared. Don't be surprised if your badass item gets used.
3. Oh and... don't be a Douche!
